About COP 31

Translating global commitments into measurable action

COP31 has been described as the "implementation COP" — a summit focused on translating global commitments into measurable action. Malaysia's pavilion will bring together leaders, innovators, policymakers, businesses and climate advocates to drive meaningful climate action.

The Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) serves as the implementing agency for the Malaysia Pavilion, working alongside NRES. The road to COP31 begins at home — and the final pavilion programme will be unveiled during the Road to Antalya: Climate Change Forum at IGEM 2026.
